Good, but needs bugs fixed

I’ve used this app since the beginning, but there are long outstanding issues. Downloading for off-line reading only works for article View, but article view is frequently wrong or missing pieces. I have contacted the developers about it several times and they are responsive, but the issue never gets resolved. Update: The biggest problem is web view tries to load the already “downloaded for offline viewing” version. With a bad connection it will take a minute or two to load. It should display what it already has and download a fresh copy in the background.

Tagging is a must for me but it’s not at all worth 4.99 a month. I’ve gone elsewhere for now. The developer replied saying that tagging is available in the free version so I checked again and you can tag the articles but you can’t search by tag or content unless you pay 4.99/month. What’s the point of tagging if you can’t search by tag. Very misleading

After the update, Pocket freezes when I press the "Done" button after logging into a website.

Says I'm logged in but screens freeze when try to view my profile. And web browser says I'm not signed in so I cannot save pages.

I have been an addicted user for years and still am, but my loyalty has started to dwindle recently. The app crashes often. What used to do a great joke of parsing just text now might just link to the web article, might get headlines of linked articles, might cut off articles. It isn’t as safe a bet for reading later as it used to be. My iPad was terribly out of sync even after a reinstall. Now Pocket just stalls waiting for the update to download. Same is happening in my son’s iPad. Not sure what else there is like Pocket, but I need to start looking and seeing if there is a 12 step program for ex-Pocket users.

I've used pocket since I bought this iPhone 5 years ago. But with the latest update pocket no longer works. I've deleted it and reinstalled it all to no use. Was five stars now only one

I am using this app 3 years, it is my go to app for reading. It will be much better if the recommendation can be more accurate.
Crashing for last few updates

Great app but the last few releases have been very buggy and now this latest release crashes when opened. Deleted and reinstalled worked for a day but no longer. Sadly it's unusable now.
