I have gone through tons of expense trackers and budget making apps and this was definitely the best one I tried. It has it's flaws, but it gets 5 stars because it's much better than the others

I use Pocket Expense free version since last year. It's useful so I decided to purchase pro version by clicking ads at the bottom of the app. App Store deduct $4.99 from my account but Pocket Expense app is still free version. I got PRO version when I bought it from App Store. I had to pay $4.99 again :( I would like to know how can I claim my money?

Been using this app a couple of years and it has worked great. However the latest version has some bugs. When I click on my account, the amount for my net worth and what's in the account is different and changes. Can't tell what I have in my account. Also please allow the home screen to be the accounts that are loaded, I have multiple accounts and would like to see them instead of the calendar.

After updating it, it keeps erasing my transactions and doing weird stuff like duplicating transferences or changing dates. I want my money back.

Is a good app for general checkbook balancing. Would like it if the cleared items would stay hidden. It's irritating to have to tell it to hide the cleared items every time I open the app.

Ipad and iphone version doesnt sync properly, ipad does not find my account on iphone. 2. Needs a better server to store info. It feels like the info is stored on the device not in the app cloud, please fix, this is a great app. We would like to use it

It helps so much. I am always constantly looking for things that help me financially, and have made a lot of budget binders in the past, but who wants to carry a binder around with you everywhere you go? Check out, get your receipt, log it on Expense, and go. You can have all of your bank accounts on here, and even keep track of how much cash you have! When you get a pay check - just log it in, it's amazing.

No doubt this app has everything that I was looking for. In fact I used an ad version for about 2 - 3 years and finally fade up of ads so bought this ad free pro version. First I tried in app purchase from ad version but there might have some issues with the developer so it never became a pro version from ad version. Then I requested a refund and bought pro version thru App Store after getting refund. But now there was a problem of data backup from my old version to this ads free pro version because in my old version I couldn't backup so that I can restore that data to this pro version. Though when I logged in, in this pro version my data automatically came to pro version but some unknown entries (which I might have deleted earlier in old app) came along with my complete data, so my account balance was not matching with old app. I manually tracked those entries and deleted, It was a heck tech, finally my accounts matched in both apps. So the problem is there should have an option to take data from old to restore in new. Well otherwise this app is a perfect app to keep track of all your spending accounts. I should have given 4 or 5 stars but giving it 2 because manually tracking and deleting false entries took a lot of time. Developers at least provide a gateway to a pro version to restore its account from ads version to pro version and I am sure you will get good rating at least 4 ✨

I’ve used this app for years. I thought this was the most user friendly app; however, the updates have deleted my customized categories and it also has new way have reverting to a saved back-up just in case mistake was made. For example, I edited my default account to change the name of the account and what did was it put my account in negative and there was no way to revert to the last backup. What a terrible app.
