I'm very disappointed with the updates on this app. I was using it daily and really enjoying the functionality and newest update locked me out and cause me to lose all the information. Thank goodness I save my receipts. Otherwise I'd be screwed for taxes! Perfect timing managment! Next update, give a heads up and remind people to backup or print out their records in case there is a loss?

After updated. All data about my business and personal finance were disappeared from my device!!!! Nightmare!!! Because I trust in this app!!! Now , I 've decided to another apps that sinc with iCloud . Goodbye and SaYoNaRa...

Tenman needs help

I've been using this app religiously for about year and a half. I love so many features about it. Once you learn to use it there's a lot of control and customizing that can be done. However this last update 5.7 has erased all my data I've been collecting. I created a backup before the lost and guess what? The back up method doesn't work it says it completed but the app will not open unless uninstalled and reinstalled which then just dumps all the data into a half baked mess from several accounts into one. I've tried to use Mint but I just don't like it. This has been good but it has totally betrayed me and lost my trust now.

I have been using this app for 4 years..yes 4 years and Ive gone through a number of bugs. Mainly upgrading and restoring data, which is a pain in the a**. Recently, I upgraded my phone and felt like "what the heck, I'll update the app too." BIG MISTAKE. After backing up data and trying to restore it the APP JUST CRASHES. For a little while I was still able to view my old data from my old phone but now that crashes too. The app SUPPORT IS HORRIBLE. Ive contacted them at least 3 times about this or any other bugs that I found but no response. Im going to request a refund and ask Apple to remove this app from the store as its defective and doesnt function as advertised. It is has a lot of potential..but take it from someone who has been religiously using this app for 4 years...STAY AWAY! Youve been warned

I can only reiterate what has already been said. Today I was forced to re-login to the app, which erased all of my data. There is no way to recover the data. Pointless app for tracking your financials. Find another app.


Lost all data after auto update

Is is the third time this happens to me often automatic update I lose all my data yes to me to re-login but you won't find my account I'll Dora even let me re-create a new account with is actually same email and exactly same password used before. Simply no costumer support, great app if it actually worked! So disappointed! Looking for a new app! any suggestions?!


Good start, no evolution

The basics are good: you can reconcile your accounts, there are some reports, a few graphs, it remembers basic transaction data for the same payee, it tracks all your cash accounts. However, the developers have not added features in a long time (what should parse sync do?). Unfortunately besides the good (I still use the app) there is a lot missing: auto-fill in is less than complete (only very basic information is stored, account transfers are still not remembered. The reports cannot be tailored, With the latest release (Oct 2015) you need to enter an email and a password without benefits except that they now track your entries (for the paid version). If you leave the app open over days, it will not switch the day to the current one. The company will not read what people post here - really, can you afford to neglect this channel? In a nutshell: good app but it will not evolve anymore and be left with existing flaws. -- Update 1/2/2017 The app is still ok. BUT their update process easily messes up your data: manual fixing - and there is no help from the provider. So my rating stays low.
