What is going on with this app?? Every time I open it my accounts have jumped up by 4K or more and accounts I have deleted keep reappearing. Syncing between two devices has never worked but now it has lost ALL usefulness!

It does not syn across devices. Try to log out and log back in to syn, but the app hangs, cannot finish logging in. I finally was in the program, but lost all my data, all of them since 2018. Gone. Asked them where they store the data, they will not say. Not even a thread of help. All they said is they are working on it and next version takes a while. Now I have to recover all my lost data. A zero rating. Or negative.

I use to love this app. I have been using this app since 2013. Recently I had to reset my phone and when I tried to log back in the app all of the accounts was all screwed up.. app was giving a balance of 85000.00 in one account and -65000.00 and second... I can only dream of a balance like that!!!. So I deleted the app hoping that I can get the backup.. no back up. I had to delete both accounts and now you have to pay to add a second account. The one account I was able to reset always have added transaction I have to delete EVERY TIME I access the account. Big waste of time and not very helpful.. now the app does not open. I once loved this app, now it’s a piece of crap. Hopefully they can find a fix or revert back to older version. As for now don’t waste your time!

Update: having trouble syncing to a new device. Takes forever, times out, and then no expenses are on the new device. I sent a help email too, but this is really annoying. I started using this app almost 2 years ago. I didn’t really know where I was spending my money. With the knowledge I had I was able to understand the possibilities of what I could and couldn’t buy and where I could cut. With this info I could clearly talk to my accountant and my bank and I saw that I was able to buy an apartment... in Paris. I’m still using this app after knowing. After buying. After renovation. I still want to know. And when I travel it is fun to see my savings. When I travel with friends they can clearly pay me back what they owe and I can pay them. It’s a great monitor. But I’m switching to another app because I couldn’t transfer everything to my new phone. Very disappointing. This was my best friend. Now we have to break up.
