Lately the app feels really slow and bogged down. Especially if I open it then go to a different app (for example American Express) and go back to pocket expense. It often stalls and sometimes even closes the app. I have to then open it again. This happens every time you open another app and go back to it which makes it very hard to try and to manage your expenses which is the whole reason I have this app in the first place. This never happened before, but after the update this happens constantly.
What has happened to this app

I found out the app was not syncing to my iPad and then saw there was a new version but all my data was missing. Tried to login but it says there is no server. What’s the story?

iOS 14’s new privacy feature revealed that this app is pasting from the clipboard when launched. This is a privacy and security risk. If you’ve recently copied a password, or other confidential information, this app. will see it. It’s unknown what they do with this information.

I have accidentally logged out of my account and now every time I try to login it says due to an internal error it can’t happen

Every time I get a new phone it losses all my data, the restore data feature does not work. I have to start all over each time which takes hours. There is also no support with this app. Do not waste your time or energy with this company. Would not recommend wish I could get my money back

With iOS 14 I learned the app is pasting from the clipboard upon launch. The app developer’s website also seems to be hacked and is a spam site now. It’s too bad too because this app was exactly what I needed and one I used daily and happily paid for.
First feature I tried doesn’t work.

I spent 15 minutes getting familiar with the app. First thing I did was set up my rent bill. Set it numerous time to “reoccurring monthly”. Doesn’t reoccur. So I will look for a different app that doesn’t fail immediately.
Why keep changing the app

Keep losing my data because developer keeps changing the app, whats the point of keep making new apps.
