I am using a free version but after upgrading to the latest version, some of the accounts are missing data and I am not sure how to restore the previous version. Is there way to correct the data if I buy the software. Please advise

I was enjoying the app; the pro account came in handy for tax season. But just the other day I updated the app and all of my data was deleted. I tried contacting the company but still no response. I’m praying there’s a way to retrieve all of my data. It now being November would put me in a horrible situation for tax season come January.

The largest update seems to be causing a lot of issues. Seems that it freezes and duplicates transactions frequently. Going my to replace this app after years of use if this continues.

At first I loved this app. Now every time the app is updated it screws everything up. I paid $40 to get the app for my wife and I so that we could keep up with our checking together. Our apps hardly ever matched. I updated recently and my account went from $85 to -$20 to $2,000. Absolute joke of an app.
Recently found a new bug in income section

Love the app but recently the income section will tally the “other” category twice and gives me an incorrect income for any time interval in the chart view. This is very inconvenient because that’s the function I use the most on this app. Hope the developers can fix the problem ASAP!

I had over 10 accounts listed at one point and today when trying to add an additional, I decided to remove some older accounts before doing so. Now I can only have 1 account without paying for premium? I’ve used this app for over 2 years. I don’t mind paying, but when they take away the features I already was using just to take money from me, that’s where I draw the line. Deleting the app today.

Cannot access the app...opens then closes the minute you try to go to accounts. QUIT MESSING WITH THE APP!!! Really getting worse...what a waste of time...after last update it ate my starting $$$ and there is no way to restore without completely starting over ... don’t waste your time and money!
