Poorly developed app and no developer response

This application is still lousy. Issues reported from 2016 are still present today. App launching on iPhone results in a blank orange. Delete app and reinstall might work for a bit. Would suggest using the regular PNC app. No bells and whistles and it does not crash Message to developers: Would be good to see respond to review and show your acknowledging issues. iTunes connect allows you to respond to reviews in App Store.

Haven’t been able to use since I upgraded to an iPhone X. It’s been weeks and there hasn’t been any fix to this at all.

Thanks for pushing me to a new institution for my banking needs. Not only is this app terrible, but so has the customer service the last 6 months. Constant calls about adding more services thru PNC, but you can’t even help your current customers. Whoever though someone would thank Chase for being there.

This is a pretty good banking app that supplements the website. However I have been getting nothing but error messages when trying to sign on. My iPhone version works, but the ipad version is useless right now.

This app was very useful and intuitive before all the changes in the last 6 months. It constantly logs you out. Touch ID rarely registers. It asks for security questions way to often. I am no longer going to bank with them in the future because of this poor app.

I can not get this to work. And Touch ID only comes up half the time. This has been since the 11 release of IOS I think. Please look into.
