The latest update causes the app to open and then it immediately goes to an orange screen. Not sure if this is just an iPhone X issue. They should just go back to the old app. It functioned so much better. This set up is just frustrating.

Please update! Does not work on my iPhone X running iOS 11. Both apps do not support they full screen functionality, but my VirtualWallet app does not launch. Even after all the troubleshooting.

Although it took some time to get used to the new interface, it’s not as much of an issue as I thought it would be. It would be great, though, if the app would be optimized for iPhone X. Aside from the display sizing, I’ve had to delete and reinstall the app twice because the sign in screen wouldn’t appear at launch. This app is worth more than two stars, but I will have to wait and see when and how they’re resolved before I change my rating. Edit: Since the app continues to malfunction (there is now an “Error: Unexpected Response” message appearing at launch), I’ve lowered my rating to only one star until the issues are resolved.

The UI is laggy and buggy. Now you have to enter a password (after already verifying your identity on launch) to use basic features like the money car... whats the point in authenticating if you ask for the password constantly? the website doesn't have this sort or garbage philosophy in play. This app does very little and does it pretty poorly. Clearly some outsourced crap born from cost cutting measures with no thought put into the overall UX. Learn to build apps already PNC. Im considering closing my account because your technology is so bad...
