I needed to have my lawn mowed before moving out of our house that we sold. Thought I’d try this app, HUGE MISTAKE! First off, the quote that they gave me was grossly expensive. I was told someone was coming to cut my grass on Wednesday, it’s now Saturday and no one has shown up yet. Numerous cancellations and excuses that make no sense. Avoid this app and find someone local like I did in the end and you will save money AND the job will actually get done.

I’ve been using the service for over a year, with weekly lawn mowings during the past summer. The app is easy to use to schedule a single service or a recurring one, with easy options to cancel or skip a mowing if the grass hasn’t grown much since the last service. A picture of the freshly cut lawn is always supplied after the service has been performed, which is nice to see while I’m at work. Prices are reasonable (with an instant quote option in the app), so I can save a few hours in the weekend to spend on other things. I will definitely continue to use the service this year!

The app made it so easy to request service! There was a scheduling issue with my original provider but my service was rescheduled in a matter of hours. The provider that mowed my lawn did a wonderful job and it took less than an hour!

This service is great, you receive an update when a provider will do the work and a picture once the job is done. In my area, price is lower than similar services. The job is well done and if needed, it is easy to get in touch with someone. Definitely 5 stars. Thank you.

Great customer service, some lawn companies are lack luster

The customer service is great! They are quick to respond to questions, concerns or notify if your scheduled lawn visit is taking longer than it should. It’s very convenient and efficient way to ensure that your lawn care needs are met. My only complaint is that you don’t know what to expect each time you get your yard cut. They utilize various lawn services around your area and some are better than others. I have had my lawn cut the way I like it several times, but I have also experienced certain landscapers missing large/ very apparent patches. I do recommend this service, I just wish that some of the landscaping professionals provided more eye for details.

Complete garbage

Generally a good service. I used them last year but there was a problem that caused me to not have service for almost 2 weeks (some sort of scheduling error). Left for a local solution, and they tried some shady accounting. Decided to come back to this service. The actual work is always well done and I have had no complaints. My only issue was the past scheduling mix up and a fairly lukewarm effort to fix it and get a crew out to my property quickly. That being said I haven’t had any issues since I returned, and the work is done on time for less money than interfacing directly with local services. Services I use are lawn cutting and trimming.

Love that I can order services at the touch of a button! Very accommodating! Even if due to heavy rain my scheduled service needs to be bumped up a few days they make it happen! Look forward to possibly more added services in the future on top of their already long list of offers!
