Too many robots

It would be nice to play a real person once in a while instead of all these robots. Curious where you guys get all the people pictures though!!! Update: if you like playing against robots, then this is the game for you!! They get the perfect roll every time. No way these are real people. Play it once and it’ll be very obvious!!! Other things I’ve noticed. Never take an offer to double from your opponent. You will lose every time. The game will NOT let you win. Even if you’re ahead. Your opponent will get whatever they need to beat you. It doesn’t matter how good you are at backgammon. You will lose most of your games. The robots here will see that your don’t win consistently!! I consider myself to be an above average player and I lose most of my games. OMG, these robots are so hard to play against. I have the game won and they roll multiple sets of doubles to beat you. So frustrating!!!!

I agree this is mostly playing bots appearing to be real players but the rolls are always in their favor and rarely mine. Takes FOREVER to get into tournament. I've found Lord of the Board to be a far superior app!

This game will cheat on you. It very frustrating. Sometimes it will run your time out. Other times you could be winning big and it gives opponent several doubles in a row. Sometimes there is only one roll that can beat you and it happens. This game cheats

Middle Easterners pay a few dollars and buy tens of million in chips. Then their rating goes up by playing many games , the dice becomes favorable for having higher rating....No way I spend one red cent on this garbage game. Freakee dice.

Laggy and buggy; no win rate stats; 10% fee

Hard to like when it lags and you lose and I know its not my internet. It’s also buggy. Parts of the app’s graphics like the backgammon boards you can choose to play on disappear. Sometimes the sale offers are blank. Also, why doesn’t this keep win rates and other statistics? For me, it defeats the purpose of playing if you can’t see how good or bad you are doing. The points score is meaningless to me since you can buy them and it randomly gives you points, etc. Lastly, this game takes 10% of your winnings! I find this ridiculous! It’s not 10% of the stated stakes but the winnings. The players in a game may have double or quadrupled(or more) the original stakes. Seems obvious to me they do this so you run out of chips faster and many people will spend money to buy more chips. I know they have to make money but really!

I’m a long time player (level 53) and have purchased my share of chips the last couple years as I’ve enjoyed the platform. That said, twice in the last two weeks the app has frozen and as a result I timed out and lost considerable chips. I’ve gone thru the support link each time and asked them to look at it and consider refunding the chips on the timed out games and have never received a response of any kind. I have chips to use but when those run out I’ll move my money and playtime elsewhere, there are plenty of options.
