THIS IS A RESEARCHED 100% FACT!!! PlayGem Tech Ltd. has a notoriously bad reputation for producing (Far Less than Honest) game Apps. Should you have any issues with game play manipulation, be it before or after in App Purchase$: & YOU WILL!!! Do not bother contacting PlayGem customer support as they will do nothing & more than likely, (Never Respond.) I would suggest contacting APPLE App Support or GOOGLE Play and filing your complaints and concerns against PlayGem with them. Ask and you will receive a (FULL Refund) on in App Purchase$. THIS CAN BE DONE TIME AND TIME AGAIN!!! Let’s make sure PlayGem is held accountable for its actions and hit them where it hurts; IN THERE POCKETS!!!
