The app is good, easy to use, tracks points for free food…but it needs something. The app defaults to carry out and if you miss that, at the checkout you have to can the entire order and start over because you wanted delivery. Needs fixing. You should be able to change delivery method without having to bin the order. IMHO

It took almost an hour just to place an order. App kept glitching up and canceling the order mid way. Good pizza, dumb app.

Fairly easy to use, I enjoy the rewards aspect of it. The card scanner doesn’t work and it was difficult to customize a pizza when selected from the menu. Other than that I’m happy.
