Wont let me sign in as reward customer

Frustrating that web will not let me update password after MANY tries!!! Therefore, I assume no points for my order?. I tried resetting password 3 times!
Cancels order without notifying you

TERRIBLE! This is the 3rd time they have cancelled our order and left us waiting for our meal for an hour and then when we called the restaurant we found out they had cancelled our order and neglected to let us know. Their excuse was “oh we don’t deliver to that area after dark” I am a single mother with two children who were hungry and I needed the dinner but now we are left with NO dinner tonight! This is the 3rd time! It was not even dark when they were supposed to deliver the pizza! The last time the same thing happened! The driver came up to our drive way and then drove off - I ran chasing him and texted him begging him to stop and let me pick up the pizza from him and he refused to and left. I sat on the curb crying because that was the last thing I needed that day! And now this! The same thing tonight! That place and these people are CROOKED and heartless. Don’t bother with that place! Don’t even bother.
New App still has bugs

I have not been able to sign in and be connected to Hut Rewards for years now with the app. I go to the website and order instead. That always works fine, but the app is useless. If it would work right, it would be much easier to order though. Please fix it for real this time.

Great app till I make a mistake and have to go back to cancel the order before placing. But I love being able to order tonight Pizza Hut out did theirselves fresh and baked exactly as expected. and not deAl with people. Thank you And the crew at crowslanding road is the best !!whoo hoo they deserve a raise!!!

I don’t really know where to post this but they game me the wrong order. I had order the family mix and match pasta combo but they gave me two of the same pasta, the chicken tuskani.
Doesn’t take your order, which makes this app pointless.

The app has recently failed to take orders, I end up having to use the website. Orders that are shown are a day off. The app AND the website has no tool of tracking orders that are placed. When making a contactless curbside pickup, there’s nothing on both the app AND the website to notify them that you are “Here”. I end up having to use my email for that. Complete failure of what this app is designed to do. I’m deleting this app and will be relying on other resources to place my orders.
