this was the hardest most frustrating and annoying way to order pizza. To not be able to order the pizzas. Calling your order is still the best way. But wanted to try this faster way. Which is not fast at all. It can’t even tell the difference of pick up or carry out

Too many screens, too complicated. Took me f longer to order online then if I had just called Cumbersome. The app is hard to navigate. Then they charge 4.99 delivery fee, THEN tell you can’t deliver unless it’s $15 min. Like wth is the delivery fee for?!? Stupid the location. Cumbersome. The app is hard to navigate.
