The app excels in so many areas that it leaves you frustrated with what it actually can’t do. My biggest complaint... that I can’t send layers backwards and forwards. Sure, it would be nice to be able to freeze layers (so they don’t move) or have a layers list like the photoshop equivalent app, or to be able to work in landscape mode on the phone. But simply being able to move layers forward and backward — a feature so common in apps like this — would make an enormous difference. Again, good app, but frustratingly not-quite-great (yet!?).
I purchased Pixomatic for $4.99, then when I began a project it sent me to the app page and said I needed to purchase the pro version for $3.99 a month! My question is... what hell did I get for $4.99?
Been using this version of Pixomatic for about a year. Very easy and accurate cutouts. Blending works well also. Would like more features of course, but NEVER have found any features taken away in new updates. I don’t like subscription versions either, but see no reason to claim that features have been removed from this pay-once version. One of the very best values in the Photo section of the App Store. It is great fun to show my one-year-old granddaughter—giant-sized—bathing in our flooded Mississippi River.
You should make it so you can go oer a certain spot to change the lighting for example, if the object you cut out is half in a shadow and half in light, be able to change the part in the shadow but not the other half in the light
