GlitchCam offers a subscription option: $7.99/year. You can try free trial with all features available.
GlitchCam subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term and it will be charged through your iTunes account unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period on the $7.99/year basis.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

It’s a pretty good app you can get a lot of effects for vids,tik tok,etc the only thing is that it wants you to pay for some of them. But it’s fine the way it is
Awesome But A Glitch

Okay, this is an awesome app. But I discovered a problem. I would give it 5 stars if this were fixed and you do my suggestion. My suggestion is for pictures, can the glitch be a video? Here is the glitch. When I put the video into the thingy where you choose your glitch, it just blacks out and kicks me out. Can you please fix this? Other than that, this is an amazing app.

No matter what I do, after working on a video for 15-20 minutes, when I click on the arrow to save the video, IT NEVER SAVES THE VIDEO!? I’ve deleted and reinstalled it I’ve turned off my phone and turned it back on I’ve tried multiple times ?and it NEVER saves my videos? AND OF COURSE, this happens RIGHT AFTER I UPGRADED. If you’re going to charge for extra filters, your application should work in the manner it was set up first. I’ve email you, I’m awaiting a response.
