You should not be charged for an app that does not offer the full suite of features being offered. The basic features are here, sure. But there is a “pro” version that’s even more expensive than this. To me, that is frankly unacceptable. Do not deceive your customers.
The BEST Edit App for Cut Outs

This is definitely the best I’ve been able to find for cutting out parts of an image. After struggling to figure out layers on my photoshop mobile app, I've got Pixomatic and I’ve been using it for a couple of years now and I love it. Whether it is a personal image or an image that is business related, I am able to cut out parts of a pic and save the cut out to use on other images. I use Pixomatic a lot for my business. I am able to create great promotional images for social media. Give it a try, you will not be sorry!

I love this app, it’s helpful in making a background really seem perfect and I truly get the most of my money for it. My biggest issue is that my photo’s once were so clear, then I edit them and they’re suddenly pixelated and not as beautiful anymore. I wish I knew how to fix that issue because I love this app.
