Great game but it crashes

I love this game but it keeps crashing when I play. Especially when I enter the cabins.
Fun but flawed

I have been playing this game for well over a year now. Clearly I enjoy it, but there are some fundamental things I would change. Gameplay goes stale for existing players after a while, and their "fix" is to combine servers, which actually (in my opinion) makes it worse. Then they create new servers for new players, and start the cycle all over again. I don't know that R2 is committed to this game in the long term; the fact that support tickets go unanswered for weeks and sometimes months is very disappointing, as is the fact that events must be manually loaded by someone at R2 and they don't work on weekends, so if they forget to load them on Fridays they simply don't show up until the following Monday. If it weren't for the social aspect I would have quit long ago. But they did create a nice community, and for that I am thankful.

If you have an issue, don't bother asking for help. They don't respond unless you're one of the few top players.

Good game, needs small fixes

The game is fun,I have been playing for quite awhile now. They need to refine a few things; minor pet hatching takes too long. (Still) nobody wants to share a lvl one pet hatch! Make a $ million bet slot on wheel. There, done. Guilds are great, game is fun and they do keep adding new things to keep you on your toes.

Overall, great and addicting game. However, can’t give it anything above 2 stars for all the flaws, see below: 1. Customer Service Support is a complete joke. If, and I do mean if, you receive a response...it’s useless 99% of the time. 2. Error correction is slow, if non existent, from support after releases. 3. There is no competitive balance in the game on older servers. 4. Some players of the game receive early release information allowing them to prepare themselves and their guild prior to the upgrade, thus leading to the lack of competitive balance. 5. In New World, there are so many players that have multiple accounts and surrounds their main account, using the alternate accounts to mine for resources. Support’s response to this is, it doesn’t break their terms of service. Amazing that they wouldn’t care about this. 6. At a minimum you pay a ‘discounted rate’ of $200 for certain ship skins to upgrade your stats...pretty steep cost in order to compete in the game. And that’s just for one ship skin. In order to improve the rating of this game, the above items should be addressed. I wouldn’t recommend anyone starting the game unless a brand new server is just launched, otherwise you will never catch up to the strength of anyone who has been playing for a while without mortgaging your house.
