Game Glitch - Please fix

Loved the game until I ran into this wall. Stuck on quests! Embed gem into cabins, none of the areas are unlocked. I'm a level 31 and the first unlock says Lvl 20. Am I missing something here?
In app purchase that didn't go thru

I made an in app purchase and the transaction went thru on my credit card. But the game did not give me anything. What a rip off. Emailed customer service and still haven't heard anything back.

It's a great game but it's always crashing! And now after the new update it has gotten worst! It's very slow and every time you click on something it takes forever to load! And still crashing. Please fix it!
Update ruined my game

New world fleet is always leaving and can't be repaired or sent anywhere. My game crashes saying that my internet is bad when I have great internet that works prefect with everything else and worked perfect before the update. Please fix.
Great game until you reach level 50+

Game progression slows to a crawl around level 50 to the point you must decide to make IAP's to buy gems to continue to make gear upgrades from the blacksmith or fall rapidly fast in rankings as others who do make IAP's kick your butt in battles. Was fun while it lasted. Down to 1-star latest update freezes and hangs on loading screen. Unplayable.

Have to connect to wifi just to log on. Love the game but extremly annoying having to wait 10 hrs to play for 30 min. Please fix

I have lost so much game income, items, etc. due to crashes (I.e. Choose maze, crash, lose a free maze run. Choose to use a fishing ticket, crash, lose ticket. Try to use my gold, crash, come back in and someone has raided and stolen it. Try to put in a trouble ticket about the crashes, crash...) 2016/07/04 - Since the most recent update it has actually gotten WORSE! It now crashes in places where it never crashed before, over and over and over. I believe they just ignore the older iPads and just don't tell anyone or their error handling programming ability is SERIOUSLY lacking. It is pitiful. If you have an older iPad, I suggest you go elsewhere for your entertainment.

This is one of my favorite games. You don't need to pay to enjoy it. Great to play alone or in a guild, lots of friendly players.
