App worked fine until I upgraded to iPhone 12 Pro. Now I can’t get the app to connect to my stereo. Tried resetting network settings and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Sometimes it gives me the pairing code, sometimes not. Please fix!!!
Bad Ux and buggy Spotify integration

Was hoping to use it with Spotify mostly but it can’t even manage to display the song title . Is it difficult to hire good ux designers and devs for such brand ? Looks like Pioneer doesn’t care , raining money anyway, why bother
New update is missing all the features

Please return to the original layout. I purchased this radio because the app showed the speedometer, clock and alt features. They are all gone. I am very disappointed and will have to get a new one. This should not be the way Pioneer works. I would like my money back for the radio.

Since your latest app update this app has gone to crap. It no longer connects and when it did the one time it dropped and now is impossible to connect again. The search device button never lists anything. PLEASE FIX IT!!! I wouldn't even leave one star if I had a choice.

Bought a Deh-s31bt and doesn’t work at all. Tried multiple phones with no success. Basically a useless app for this head unit model

I still can’t figure out how to preset my radio channels and other basic functions because the videos on Pioneer’s own YouTube channel do not match the current app. It’s an older version, but looks way more intuitive. What happened???

It is giving me problems not letting me pair my phone to the app and just early yesterday my phone was working with the app and when I was connected my controls would pop up but now there not coming on my phone can you guys please fix this issue

It doesn't connect at all. Called customer service, youtube videos, reset the radio itself, the app deleted and re download re sync, everything, Just sad.

Its a useless app. Don’t download it it dosent work at all, full of glitches. Its just to put it on the stereo box and sell more.
