Bad Ux and buggy Spotify integration – Pioneer Smart Sync Review

Was hoping to use it with Spotify mostly but it can’t even manage to display the song title . Is it difficult to hire good ux designers and devs for such brand ? Looks like Pioneer doesn’t care , raining money anyway, why bother
