This app is now unusable after the latest updates. Extremely annoying when I need to get information on my bank account. It constantly logs out and when I put my password, it sends a text to my phone. I o through that and it cycles through the steps again. Please fix this!!

My app won’t let me transfer money from my checking account into my savings , I have to call the bank to do
App used to work, but not any more. .

App used to work, not any more. 1. Does not remember me. 2. After entering password it sends security code. 3. After entering security code it says my session has ended. Should be able to at least check the balance. If I retry the steps above it might flash the balance for a split second. 4. On the few occasions that I get in “why does a $5.40 transaction appear as a PENDING deposit of $540,000 for a day or two.”? This has happened on more than three occasions. I’m left to wonder what kind of activity is my account being used for. ????

This app is literally the worst app I’ve ever had for any purpose. Pioneer needs to listen to all the customer complaining and get a new one.

Hate this app and Pioneers constant changing of how it works. Just when u get familiar with it they change it again and the changes aren’t any improvement. Please leave it alone!!!

For years I have used the app with no issue. Now for the last few months, I have had nothing but headaches. It will never save my information on the log in page, it always takes me through the tutorial pages, after I already had my finger print setup. And now it just times out as soon as I get to the account detail page.
