I love this application, it's simple, reliable, and fast! Pioneer Bank always provides over the top world class service for its customers and clients. Highly recommend this application for anyone that has an account.
Good app, latest update colors UGLY

Good solid app to manage my accounts and works well. Pioneers finally starting to get with the times but good lord the latest update provides users with the ugliest theme color ever. The two tone green is not working and looks hideous so 1 star removed...Can't believe this made it to production release, please revert or use mainly white or neutral colors that other banks and CU's use as it's easier on the eyes. At least app functionality still works if you can get past the harsh colors.

Since the update, I can't even log in the touch screen doesn't work when I open the app. Please fix this ASAP, I have an iPhone 6 Plus, don't know if this is because of the phone but it was working just fine before the update! ***UPDATE*** The app is working again, for anyone it's not working for, try restarting your phone. Not sure if that fixes it or if the app developers actually fixed something which allows you to log in. Since I can log in again, five stars just for the convenience.
Latest version removed key feature

One of my main uses of this app was to quickly transfer funds between my accounts. That feature has existed for years and I never had an issue with it. I used it at least a few times every month. It was far more convenient than using the website. That feature is gone in the latest version.

This app worked as advertised at first. Now I have to uninstall and reinstall anytime I want to log into my account. I’ll do the legwork and go to the bank personally.

Waste time with this app. Of all the apps (Banks) PioneerBank has one of the worst apps . Slow,confusing ,not representative after 7 pm ? . I’ve been with this Bank for 2 months and now I’m looking for another Bank .I’m going for Sunmark FCU . I heard is good for business accounts . ?

It has my phone number on file and sends a security code, but then even after inputting it I’m asked to add a phone number. Device ID not found. I had to delete the app and reinstall it to fix it.
