I got new phone n open this app can’t log in also something error message came up What going on????

Worked fine on all my other devices. However, does not work on my newest phone. Hopefully they do an update soon.

This bank provides me with all the tools that I need for my financial well being. After having a great experience in the Wolf Rd branch and talking with the tellers who were so engaged, kind and helpful I decided to transfer all my money to their bank. I love the convenience of the app and all the other features that they offer me. I love this bank and the people that work there. This is truly a home town and family bank.

The app does not even work anymore, and hasn’t since the last update. It’s very inconvenient, please fix it. ?

Unable to access so using the ap on my phone, I have contacted the bank numerous times they were unable to resolve the issue. I went to my phone provider and they said the problem is with the app. It would be very helpful if Some one could resolve this issue. I find it hard to believe that this issue has gone on this long. Very dissatisfied with both the bank and the app, issue. Thank you.

Can not open on my phone for the past 6 months, been with pioneer for ages but they are lacking behind on almost all baking aspects. What’s the point of an app that doesn’t even work ? Need to change to sefcu.
Difficult to use

I had a lot Of trouble logging on to the app, it wouldn’t accept my password and there was no way to reset it. Confirmation code texts were not coming though either.
Terrible App, Wasted my whole Saturday

A lot of difficulty logging in and making bill payments was horrible. Never accomplished anything!
