Pioneer hasn’t updated this app in over a year. Will not work at all. Don’t waste your money - if you’re looking at a home AV receiver, pick a Yamaha.

I have a supported receiver that should be working with this up. It’s concrete properly to home network and function as it should. The app would not recognize this device no matter what I do. I even run factory reset but nothing solves the problem. Limited to no information about how to fix it not to mention no one to talk to. This will be my last pioneer.

I’m done with Pioneer. Wasted my money on a receiver that has the worst network connectivity. This app is complete trash. Thanks for nothing.

Why would a company risk its name and reputation putting out software like this that does NOT work? The bigger question, why don’t they at least try to fix the errors and retain customers instead of having us look at other brands when the time comes. I just don’t get it and you can bet Pioneer won’t be getting another red cent out of me and anyone else I can influence.
