This would be a 5 star app except I watch the videos for a free minute and don’t get any more minutes I’ve watched over 18 of them and haven’t gotten any minutes I’m beyond mad

The app is fine, but why on earth is it filed under the “Education” category in the App Store listings? Makes no sense to me

Good on house WiFi, but terrible on the road. You can expect 9/10 calls to get dropped.

Tried Pinger immediately after striking out with Text Free. Turns out they're the same service!
Not sending all texts

Seems like if a text is longer than three lines, it won’t send anymore. Can you all fix this?

From the start, I’ve had issues with dropping calls, phone ringing even when answered, etc. the support people must be out of the country because they never answer requests or follow up during regular business hours. And they never really have a solution. I gave up. I still have the app, but it’s getting worse and as soon as I find one that actually works is, I’ll be switching.

I cannot hear anything when making or receiving calls! It worked fine the first week and now I’m burning up all of my minutes trying to test it! And I’ve sent multiple messages to tech support and haven’t gotten a response yet. And I have family calling from Jail so I need it fixed ASAP! I deleted the app and reinstalled it a few times and it still isn’t working!

Been user for over 9 yrs. The one page ad pops ups before opening the app and missing calls because new changes in pinger have been FIXED! The new pinger unlimited mins. is a great way for the company and it customers Create added value. Don’t change please :)
