No support reply!? – Pinger: Call + Phone SMS App Review

I cannot hear anything when making or receiving calls! It worked fine the first week and now I’m burning up all of my minutes trying to test it! And I’ve sent multiple messages to tech support and haven’t gotten a response yet. And I have family calling from Jail so I need it fixed ASAP! I deleted the app and reinstalled it a few times and it still isn’t working!
