The earpiece are awesome. Stay in the ear and don't fall off like Apple earpods. I would have liked waterproof ones though if possible. Also waiting for some local Indian languages to be added and the software update which will allow offline translation by giving option for downloading languages. That would make this super awesome.

Doesn't pick up voices/words accurately and delays really bad when it says something wrong and then won't pick up the next line to translate. Not happy with my purchase. Most expensive ear buds I've bought, but at least I can use them for music and calls

This is a great idea but not realistic for communicating or listening. Tried to play a simple german video and translate to english and it couldnt keep up. Tried saying words in german and it could barely understand. Listened to music and the blue tooth kept going in and out eventhough the iphone was in the same location the entire time. Overall not a quality product yet, or maybe the software needs refinement. Additionally, you always need to be connected to wifi or a data connection for it to work.

A longer voice recognition would be a lot better. Only picks up voice if holding the phone

Does not always translate correct words, even while testing in quiet surroundings. Hoping it will vet better with use

I invested in the Pilot so I could communicate better with my in-laws from Peru. The listen part doesn’t work unless your 3 feet in front of someone. The translator doesn’t always make sense. It places or substitutes the wrong words at times

This was a good concept, but the app does not pick up voices consistently. User had to repeat many times over the phone but software still does not pick up any word.

I didn’t realize how cumbersome these earbuds are. Using an app, making another person download an app is too much and not user friendly. When you build a product that you don’t need an app for to automatically translate, then contact me. Better off just typing into google translator. Much faster. Will be contacting customer service to schedule a return.

The Japanese is horrible in translating. I was listening to my wife who is from japan and it said she was eating a cat and sleeping at a hard time and not eating while in bed, none of which was anything like she said.
