Something changed with update.

luv pooh bear

I have enjoyed using pillow to track my sleep along with my sleep number bed. I have found pillow to be more accurate but since iPhones last update it won’t record anymore. I have tried all the suggestions more than once and still nothing. Very frustrating and the only way I can post review is to give a high rating. Seems really shady if you want honest reviews. Tried all suggestions again, even uninstalled for a few days and started everything new, but still says insufficient data or no detection. I see all the suggestions about not having permission to read data, but this is not the case. No reading so I can’t use this app . Sad because I really enjoyed and counted on it for more accuracy. Not sure if I should wait and see if something changes or find something else .☹️ I can’t find a way to send my sleep analysis and it still hasn’t recorded anything since last update from apple. Sadly, giving up on this one because it’s getting to frustrating trying to make it work. Hope it changes in the near future because I enjoyed using it when it worked.☹️

Not always accurate.

kdurene

It’s not always accurate with time in bed; for instance last night it said I was in bed at 8:something, when in reality I got in bed and made note of it at 9:00 (because that NEVER happens). The app was off by at least 30 active minutes. This has happened a few times. Because it’s not accurate with when I get in bed, I assume the sleep cycles and wake times are also not always accurate. I paid for premium because sleep tracking is important to me, and it feels like I got ripped off.

This is the worst sleep tracking app

This is SPART!

This app is never accurate with the amount of sleep I have gotten. I use an Apple Watch and somehow every night I only get two hours of sleep (hint I do sleep more then that). My watch never registers my sleep, and My Fitbit never had this issue.

It turns off at 3 am many nights and fails to record my sleep

What happened?!

Le-Frenchie

I used to love this app, used the full version for years without a glitch. (Even have the “legacy” version). Then iOS 13 happened, and I started having issues. The watch wouldn’t either synchronize, or even recognize the app on the phone. I wasn’t able to launch it, with a couple of exceptions here and there. Then if I could launch it at the beginning of the night, I couldn’t end the session for 1, 2, or even 3 days... I thought that because I was in the beta versions, that could be the problem. I scaled back for some time. I deinstalled/reinstalled several times over a year period, on the phone, and the watch; nothing improved. I was hopeful that iOS 14 would change as I didn’t sign up for the beta, just for that purpose. And still, I can’t seem to use the app the way it was intended.

Trash app

DanieVSan

Wore my Apple Watch for 3 nights in a row and this app didn’t detect any sleep. Waste.

Bluetooth

Pillow no longer works on my Apple Watch or my phone The pillow app tells me to open my phone & turn Bluetooth on, for both devices. My phone says to use with Apple Watch to open the pillow app on your Apple Watch & nothing happens either way.

Frequently fails

jennylenny09876

Frequently, I will set the app alarm with sleep monitoring only to be awaken by another alarm I have to set as a back up. Upon opening the app it doesn’t seem to have recorded anything and the stats for the night are blank and “N/A”. When the app functions, I like it; I dislike that I can’t rely on the alarm to work (which seems like it should be basic functionality) or the sleeping stats.

Like the features but doesn’t consistently work between watch and phone

Jill218

It’s honestly just super frustrating. Everything will work perfectly for a couple days then all of the sudden it claims my watch isn’t paired to my phone or Bluetooth isn’t on. Both of which aren’t correct. Otherwise I like the features it offers and the color coded breakdown of your night. Just the pairing issue that I only have with this app.

Doesn’t always connect to Apple Watch. Very annoying. Also, alarm function is not intuitive, can’t turn it off!
