Alarm is not reliable, high inaccurate analysis, not friendly

Alarm didn’t work at all today. No idea why. Reliability of alarm is most important... Also: to get back to sleep I need to set the phone, the watch, once in a while troubleshoot as the apps are not connected... too big hassle for using daily. It would be much better if there is auto option just to sleep with it, watch only, single touch... And for the alarm either use apple alarm app, or easy to set simple alarm. If I wake up in middle of night, and want to change the alarm clock to get enough sleep - I cannot do it without stopping and restart the sleep. Also, It seems like entertainment app rather than sleep analysis. for example, I wake up from a dream, and looking at the analysis it showed deep sleep at the time I was obviously dreaming (till I woke up).


I wish there was another option

It’s never accurate. It’s either stopping my “sleep” times several hours before I actually wake up or reading that I’m awake when I know that I’m asleep. It will read I went to bed at 1-2am when I know I fell asleep (in bed) several hours prior. My husband’s fitbit app is much more accurate.


Useless app now.

It hasn’t been tracking my sleep for months now. Uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing. I wear an Apple Watch to bed that has it installed. It used to work great. My wifes app works on hers.

This was a great sleep tracking app. I used it for two plus years and even spent the money to unlock all the features. It was GREAT.. WAS.. until the latest iOS update that is. Once Apple started their own sleep tracker, this app no longer works with my Apple Watch. It tells me there is not enough data after a full nights sleep. I have turned off Apple sleep tracker, uninstalled and lost 2+ years of sleep data, reinstalled app on both my phone and watch AND IT STILL WILL NOT WORK LIKE IT DID!! It tells me every day, not enough data. I’m so disappointed that I will be uninstalling my favorite sleep app for good and no longer continue my subscription for the bonus features.

I’ve had this for a few years now and I bought it when it first came out so I have access to the app forever and do not need to pay monthly. But I have to say this is genuinely the best sleep tracking app I have ever used and it’s worth every penny. Especially if you have a Apple Watch. Just such a great app


Frequently crashes

Frequently, I will set the app alarm with sleep monitoring only to be awaken by another alarm I have to set as a back up. Upon opening the app it appears to have crashed and it doesn’t have anything recorded; the stats for the night are blank and “N/A”. When the app function as intended, I like it; I very much dislike that I can’t rely on the alarm to work (which seems like it should be basic functionality) or the sleeping stats. I’ve used this app for a couple years, but I’m going to explore other sleeping apps. I’ve reached out to their help desk before for help and they didn’t provide a fix for the issue, it kept on happening.


Not so great anymore, very inaccurate

I have actually been a pillow user for over two years, and over those two years I’ve seen this app decline. It has become less and less accurate, and with the advent of Apple introducing their own sleep monitor, it has proven that pillow is not up to the task. A good example is last night. I fell asleep at 10:51 PM and woke up at 7:15 AM according to Apple’s sleep monitor.According to pillow I fell asleep at 11:47 and woke up at 6:03. Well I happen to know for a fact I did not wake up at 6 AM and I did not fall asleep that late. So I have decided to uninstall this app because it just isn’t doing the job. I don’t recommend it!


Hasn’t been working lately

It hasn’t been detecting my sleep lately. I’ve had this app a long time and it used to work well every night without fail. Now it’s hit and miss. Disappointed. I’ve uninstalled the app and turned off my phone and it hasn’t helped.


The UI is absolutely terrible.

This app is a pain in the neck trying to use. Try changing the alarm type and you'll constantly close the app. Terrible design and absolutely a nightmare to navigate.


Doesn’t work

I just started to use this app less than a week ago. Maybe it’s this new upgrade or software patch. I’ve tried twice with the Apple Watch and didn’t set for automatic. Not enough information both times. It is asking for subscription but the basic version should be recording more than just the amount of time the timer is on. It says insufficient data and that’s it. I was really excited to start capturing my sleep habits and after reading the reviews I thought I would give it a try. It’s extremely disappointing to find out after 2-3 nights that this thing doesn’t work at all. I’m a high user of other apps an love health technology. Maybe I’m confused and there is zero data available until you pay for the full year subscription. But it isn’t described as such. Very disappointed. Hoping there might be a big fix and i would be willing to try it again. I now have the premium version and there are glitches where data is lost repeatly. Not sure I will be renewing. I liked the data I was getting with premium but
