Odd picture choices

This has pop up ads to apps with $99 consumable IAPs, but at least there is a remove ads option, which is good. However, I question the educational value of the images chosen- Needles? Bombs? These choices came up within a minute of play. Huh? Also it jumps from easy visual discrimination to harder tasks, randomly it seems. Needs better content.
