First couldn’t even set it up because my “alt id” is not accepted as valid. Never mind I haven’t had an actual cars for at least 5 years & only ever use my “alt id”. Second, Putting stuff on shopping list is kind of a waste if it can’t be added to the cart from the list. It’s all more trouble than its worth.

Confusing mess

Just started shopping pic n save and got app for the clip it deals that are separate from ads. I go 20 miles away. I clipped stuff that I guess isn’t at store. Doesn’t help I don’t know store layout. I kept trying to tell it I was shopping in store. Not ordering for store pick up. Still shows that way. I tried adding a $5 clip while at the store. Gave up. The entire experience and time was not worth the savings overall. Person was messing with her phone when I walked up and was still messing with her phone when I left. That tells me not just my lack of experience that.is the problem. It’s the app. Truly not worth my time or the added stress or the headache that I had just gotten rid of to reappear.

The only thing I feel that is needed is a running total of items or a way to check your total as you go.

The app keeps randomly logging me out mid order & every time I enter my card info. Now I’m locked out of my account for logging in too many times. Not impressed with my first time using it.
Abysmal for weeks now

This app used to be awesome you guys have made way too many changes to it now it’s terrible. Every time I try to get logged in I have to change my password each and every time and waiting for a code to reset the password takes forever. Do better
