Confusing!

Hate that it does not group all the same brands together. Hard to figure out. Has too many suggestions from previous shopping. Not intuitive. Ugh!
This app is TERRIBLE

I go to log in and it tells me I have invalid credentials so I reset my password and try logging on on their website and it works. So I go back to my app and it still tells me invalid credentials and won’t let me log in!
Terribly confusing app
I'm Switching to Samsung
Horrible to navigate. Shopping list, regulars, and a cart. Hard to find where you put your stuff. Then digital coupons that may or may not get applied. Really a pain to use compared to other grocery store apps.

Problems with placing my order.. like the previous customers problem also. It crashes in the middle of my order☹️☹️☹️very frustrating!!!

My family is grateful that it is possible to order groceries for pickup from this store. Now, if you could start carrying fresh collard greens and smoked ham hocks like some other Pick ‘N Saves, we would be beside ourselves! We can get the greens in Whitewater, WI, but they are of pathetic lengths (short), and the bundles are small. It saddens us that we need to go to Milwaukee to purchase good qualities if greens and smoked ham hocks.

Very easy to use app and easy to make changes to the order. Curbside pickup is courteous and efficient.

Cannot change store location. Closer store pops up, but does not allow me to select. Very frustrating.
Compare to Android

This app lacks all the functionality that the android app has. My roommate has an android and her experience is SO much more user friendly than mine. 2 min ago I tried to place my order and the app glitches into making me select a store. It’s difficult to add items to an order, updates don’t come through. It’s just as frustrating as walking past an unmasked slow walker in the actual store
