Difficult to navigate

There needs to be a simpler way to order, u can’t access your shopping cart to check or delete easily, very frustrating. On a positive note u can opt for payment when u actually go for pickup.

I’m horrible at searching for items or remember what aisle things are in. The app is missing a store map. I would be ok with this is the item would at least say what aisle to go to.

Buggy... search results show an item count but the list of items is empty. FRUSTRATING!!

I usually don’t do reviews but I was pretty impressed by ALL of the apps features. The app is very user friendly. I like being able to find a gas station that accepts fuel points as well as digital coupon clipping. Another feature that is cool is the interactive flyer that adds items you select onto your shopping list. It makes the online shopping experience feel like less of a task and shockingly made it enjoyable. My only critique is that it can get a little laggy once your shopping cart starts getting “full” but thankfully it always saves my cart so I never have to worry about starting over.

I love the clicklist Kroger offers shopping online saves me a lot of time!

Items need to show as unavailable before the middle of checkout.

The need to back track is quite irritating when you are ready to checkout and an item pops up as unavailable. It shouldn’t show as available during the ordering process.

Overall the app works well but the share list option should also show the pictures.Sometimes I send my kids to the store and it would be nice to see the picture when it comes in as a text message.Also it would be nice to know if something will be reduced because it’s on sale. for example I bought two 1/2 gallons of Kemps ice cream and they do not show up as being on sale but they are on sale in the flyer
