Much too difficult to find a particular item.

This app would be much more effective if one could enter an item regardless of the category and find it. For example I entered both taco and tortillas in the bakery section and got “no results found.” I also found items in “pantry” that I had no idea they would be there. I was also not able to find tissues anywhere. It’s very frustrating, but ultimately worth it. I very much appreciate this service since I am not able to shop on my own.

Ok so you charge 5$ for my pick up. I get that. What do I get. Nothing. The most expensive bread. Unable to use the multiple coupons and specials I signed up for. The only listed items that I can buy are the most expensive. What difference does it make to you if I am only able to buy one loaf or three. Can’t find the tenderloin special. Can’t find the coupons. Why do you bother listing them. If I had time to look them up for each item I’d come into the store. This program is clearly designed to discourage people. It’s too bad because someone is going to figure out that making it easy in today’s society will make them successful. I am going to go to Maijers tomorrow to cover the items I would have bought from you but can’t as it’s to unwieldy. I will pick up today as I had planned the time for pick up. I will park where you have pick up located. Again as far away as possible from the store adding five to ten minutes travel time for each load you send out. Are you a business?

This is my second time using this service, and it’s been great. The app is easy to use, etc. But what I really loved about my first pick up was how incredibly friendly the employees were. It was a cold morning, but they were smiling and kind. Made my morning!

Weekly ad to shopping cart?

I’ve spent hours trying to add items from the ad to my shopping cart. Only to have them added to My Shopping List. Want it in my cart for pickup shopping. Poor design.

I thought this would be a great idea..and it still might . Maybe it’s just a bad location but I’ve been outside pick n save trying to pick up my order. I called 2 times and each time it rang for a LONG time then was disconnected. I’m currently on hold (my 3rd time calling) waiting for someone to give me information about my order....I’ve been waiting 20 mins . As I’m typing this review, someone picked up the phone and said unfortunately nobody let us know about this order . So I’m not sure what’s going on ??‍♂️?
