Decent but could really use some user experience updates

I would really like the option to be able to add items from my shopping list directly to my cart. Sadly you cannot. I would also like the option sort by price to find the cheapest option for an item.

Poor app format leads to slow navigation

I struggle with navigation and not all items show the nutrition facts. Usually the pick up fee makes me choose Walmart grocery pick up since their service is free. However, I do like pick n saves produce and bakery items better. Overall decent experience but the app needs improvements.

Excellent service and the setup. I have a broken ankle and could not walk the store. The only item I could not find was a bag of small whole grain bagels- if you could add please do. Thank you Christmas Carol

Ordering my groceries online is so simple with this app! And the pick up is just as easy. I was concerned the app would be cumbersome and difficult to search and find the items I wanted. Not so, it’s been a breeze. The customer service is great and the employees who have delivered my groceries to my car have been super friendly! I would completely recommend using this app for grocery pick up on Watertown

I have been using click list for quite some time now and the connivence of it is without a doubt superb! With a new baby at home a busy household kids in school fulltime working parents this is the easiest and most economical way to go! I spread this information to everyone who will listen and now even my single girlfriends use it as well instead of the dreaded shopping they enjoy the friendly easy interaction with the weekly pickups ?

Could be so much better....

The site isn’t as user friendly as your competitor. It takes several attempts to find an item. ( ie. Yukon 5lb. Potatoes). The fact you do not know your exact total at check out boggles my mind. Why are digital coupons not reflected when adding the item?? Sadly, I prefer Walmart’s process of online ordering.

Like the ap, but why am I paying $9.95 for Instacart when I have a membership? If I go directly to Instacart, then I don’t get the Pick n Save sales. That is my only gripe that needs to be fixed.

Can’t register card

The app is buggy, I cannot add my reward card because the keypad will not populate on the screen to allow me to type. Same when I try to register for a new card, it requires me to type but no keypad appears. You can’t clip coupons without syncing a reward card so the app is now useless.

Trash just get Apple pick n save

Horrible can’t even add a credit card to Kroger pay. No one wants to download another app just to pay for groceries. Get Apple Pay pick n save and quit crap or I’m shopping elsewhere
