This is an update! I love this app even more due to the additional security option. I have this app since Trunx began and they came a long way! This app has so many features, saves my pics automatically, does, video, cleans my phone, does echo pics when you can hear what's going on in your pics. You can share, keeps everything neatly organized! I'm still learning!
Cannot access account/Network error messages

Having repeated network error messages and cannot access account. Therefore, I am unable to access all of my pics saved to this app/cloud. Some of these pics were irreplaceable and yet there have been no updates from the developer since December nor any response/attempts at correcting the situation. When the app was labeled as Trunx it was better. It has some issues, but there were at least more updates to fix issues as they came up. Since changing to PicCam, they seem to abandon they're customer base. Very disappointing and upsetting as memories are being held from us.

The whole "Network Error" is getting on my nerves, please fix this I need my pictures, it's disappointing that I trusted this app with them and now I can't even access them.
Videos don't load or save

I love this app so much because of all the pictures i can save but one problem i've always had is that it saves my videos but when i go in the app to watch them or save them, they never load? Is this something fixable or just how the app is?

A friend told me to use the app a long time ago when it was "Trunx". However, the rebranding did not stop the app from making videos of me and my now distant father completely inaccessible. They WILL NOT DOWNLOAD. DO NOT TRUST THIS APP.

I actually trust this app more than the cloud. I've had to retrieve pics more about once and it's always been there. Highly recommend!
