I lost all my pics it said i could delete them from my phone they were safe there and all bs very disappointed with this app if they end up fixing it and my pics are there ill def be putting them elsewhere like usb or ill just but the extra icloud rather pay that and be safe. MORONS

While I like the app very much and was to say the least upset that I could not retrieve any photos from before they changed it from Trunx to piccam .

This app worked well for years.... I've had it since 2013 when it was trunx. Now for that last few months I can no longer log in. I lost all my pix cause it doesn't allow me to sign on through my Facebook. All my memories gone. It's a real shame! What's worse is that I wrote to the developer 2 weeks ago with no response.

I've had this app for awhile now, and when I got a new phone I lost all my pics thru this app. Never was able to retrieve years of my pics. Please fix this problem.

I pay for a monthly subscription for unlimited storage. My subscription is linked to what was my Facebook account. This company no longer supports Facebook, yet they continue to take my money. They are not providing a service for the money I am giving them, therefore they are stealing from their customers. I have contacted support TWICE about resolving the Facebook issue and saving my photos, but I have not received a response. Not only is this company taking my money, they are also storing my personal photos and videos without giving me access.

My upmost favorite APP. That holds all my pictures IS Not working anymore.. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP. All my life pics are stored there. The App won’t even open anymore.. ????

SNS Token Expiration

I keep get the message SNS Token Expiration, and I need to log in again. However, when I login again I get the same message. Every one of my pictures are stored through this app. I really want them back!! How can we make this happen! I am seriously willing to pay for this (within reason)! I have years of pictures that I am not able to access. I’m super disappointed. I trusted that I would be able to access them whenever I needed them. I don’t understand what is going on!

I'm tired of trying to contact them, it is impossible, today already canceled my subscription, I have lost over 2000 photos that do not know how to recover.

They used to be amazing and now my pics don’t back up anymore and I cancelled my subscription also. Customer service is non-existent I emailed them twice two months ago and they never responded back to my emails. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone.

Great when it was trunx! This whole Facebook thing has had God knows how many people lose tons of pictures! I was sent an email from them stating that I could have my Facebook account sent to another account linked to my email! I responded that I wanted them to do this, not only did they not after offering....THEY NEVER RESPONDED PERIOD! A total of 3 emails sent and not one response!
