Videos don't load or save – Piccam - Camera | Photo Organizer | Cloud Storage Review

I love this app so much because of all the pictures i can save but one problem i've always had is that it saves my videos but when i go in the app to watch them or save them, they never load? Is this something fixable or just how the app is?
