This app kicked me out today. I never had a problem before. I have this app since it was Trunx so I have hundred of photos of my kids for years. I tried to login back, but every single email says is not the correct one, and while trying to login it automatically sign me up with two emails I was trying to use to login!!! Now I have two accounts with 2 emails that probably one of them was the one for my old account. The sad thing is THEY DON’T CARE!!! They don’t respond to messages nor anything.

What happened?

This app was my favorite!! What happened to it? It won’t upload pics anymore, it crashes and closes after less than 30 seconds.. I can’t even get any photos off of it. WHAT HAPPENED? Will it be fixed?

Seems like this app has been abandoned or something! I’ve been using it for years and once it changed its name from trunx to piccam, everything went downhill. I wasn’t going to write a review until I realized my account had been deleted somehow. I was going to just save my cherished photos and delete the app but now I have to warn people: DON’T DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!

I was an active user on this app and I had received an email that accounts were going to get deleted. I had no worries since I was an active user but apparently I’m not all my pictures are gone and I had a lot. I used to love this app but not anymore

I AM MAAAAD!! I have had “piccam” since in was Trunx which by the way was flawless compared to one. Apparently my account became non existent and i cannot log in! I believe i have lost YEARS of memories. Funny because the description states that this app will store photos in a safe and secure online vault. LIES, false advertisement!!

They deleted all of my pictures that I’ve had for about 4 years saved on there including my dad which has passed, and my mother in law who also passed away. I wrote them an email saying that something has happened to all of my older photos. (I go on Piccam at least once a week to put my photos on there). They write me back saying they sent an email out saying that if I didn’t access Piccam within the next month, all of my photos would be removed. I NEVER GOT AN EMAIL FROM THEM AND GO ON THERE ONCE A WEEK. ?????

I've had my account since it was Trunx. All the photos of my preemie from her birth and first 2 years are gone now- I logged in one day and everything is gone. I'm beyond heartbroken.
