Locked out of pic lock 3 - HELP

Developers, I have written multiple times, as it appears many people have. I have paid for both pl3 and 4. Pl3 NEED to be updated ASAP. Me and it appears many others, cannot access our files. We paid for a service and can’t use it. So I’m at risk for losing valuable info. please please please update pic lock 3. As it stands I am very unhappy with the services, lack of response and the promise that this app should protect my info, which is now lost, until you update. I would be happy to update this review, if you update the app. Please!!!?

I have purchased pic loc 3 and saved lots of documents in there, now i can’t use it since it’s not compatible with iOS11. Please update the version so that we can access our valuable documents. I have seen many people posting requests to update loc 3. I have purchased pic lic 4 but no use to open my previous documents. Same thing can happen to pic loc 4 if they don’t update with latest iOS. You need to support your product since it’s not a free product and customers are paying for it. So please, please update pic loc 3 so that we can access our valuable documents. once you update it i will change my rating.

Update November 13: app still crash after adding passwords, I could not go back to main menu. It keep crashing. I have no way to go back to main menu. Download this app as pic lock 3 haven’t been updated to ver 11. This ver pick lock 4 supposedly work with ver 11 but it is crashing all the time when trying to navigate from one menu to the other and when adding passwords. Do not buy it. You put all your info there and can't access because they don't update the apps (pic lock 3) and ver pic lock 4 crash all the time, can add or access anything without crashing ?

Finally got an update for iOS 11 but has bugs

They finally updated the app to work with iOS 11. But if you want to export images to camera roll then the app crashes.

I paid for pic lock 3 and lost all my important data with the new iOS update I tried the new pick 4 and had to pay for it but didn’t get my data back. Please update for your customers so we can retrieve our data.

I am having the same problem of not being able to access my files in Pic Lock 3. I found that my phone has Pic Lock 4 on it so I am not sure if there was an update and we were supposed to migrate our files. Nevertheless, please tell me/us how to get to our files.

can’t even import photos no more it's one of the worst apps I have ever tried In this field - First it doesn't encrypt files so I can literally take anything from the app from the PC that means that I can hack 30 million people and take their personal stuff from the app and the app keep on Crushing everywhere. - I have seen the (to do) section and it actually doesn't work because whenever you add something the app crashes and when you return to it, it doesn't seem to exist. - The password section doesn't work either because whenever you add something to it, it doesn't add it at all the app keeps on crashing there. - Decoy mode - anyone knows this app will know that decoy mode activate by reversing the password so you must let us choose a password of our choice to the decoy mode because putting it in reverse will not work (Because that will make people know my real password). - It's very easy to enter the password wrong for five times so we should have the choice to choose from 5 to 20 times at least because I usually but a password that is hard to guess and I have so many passwords so I could easily put it wrong five times. Yes you have a lot of features that others don't have but what's the point if you don't encrypt my files that means that they isn't safe anyway. Please fix it and don't make me regret that I have bought this app because it seems cool and I like it to work perfectly and secure because that is the most important thing in securing files and it is ((encryption)).

Come on man, the app won’t work, it crashes every time you try to go from passwords to pictures. PLEASE UPDATE AND FIX THIS.
