I really need help with this my app I paid for by the way “ultimate pl 3” was working fine until I upgraded from iOS 10 to 11 now I can’t get the old app to work and I can’t recover my photos I have in the old app on the new 1 I really need help with this please.......

Just lost all my pics on version 3 because they didn’t update it. Won’t open. So I PAID to download this hoping that it would fix my existing app and it just downloaded a new app. Garbage. Don’t buy! Eventually you’ll lose all your pics.

I need for y’all to update your app so I can access my pictures. I don’t see the purpose of pic lock 4 if I can’t even get my pics out of 3 to put them in 4. This is very frustrating.
