I’m ordering my third set!!!

I am so happy with the first two sets of four ( of eAch of my two Little Granddaughters), I had to order a third - of my high school agedGrandson! Just hoping this set of four is as great as the first two!

This is so great to have when putting up decor and not having to nail anything on the wall. The quality of the pictures are really good. My Husband likes it a lot. We will definitely be ordering more

I have Abigail order and got nothing to hang the tiles with... so now what? Do you take them back? How do I get what I need with no number to call.. no order form enclosed.. I am an unsatisfied customer.

I love this idea soo much!! I’ve always wanted canvas pictures on my walls!! Sooo glad I found this app! So I haven’t tried to buy anything yet, I’m just exploring the app. But when I am scrolling through my photos, it lags soo much, I can’t even scroll fast to find my favorite pictures and I have over 700 pics in one of my albums in my phone that I want to order. It’s going to take forvever. The photos I want are all the way at the bottom of the album. How can I even use this app when I have to take 5, 10 or 15 min just to get the pics I want?? Sometimes it doesn’t even scroll! Please help me or update the app and fix bug please! I really want to give this app a shot even tho $48 is a lil too much.

I can’t begin to tell you how beautiful these PhotoSquares are in person. The whole process was very simple and delivery was very fast! I wish I could add a picture of my collage that I took. The quality of the photos was unbelievable. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

First, the app worked perfectly for me. It was very user friendly and I enjoyed being able to edit my photos. Production and shipping were extremely fast - I placed my order on a Saturday and had my photos on Tuesday. Unfortunately, there were three flawed/damaged photos in my shipment. I immediately emailed PhotoSquared (you cannot call them - no phone number - very frustrating) with photos of the damaged photos highlighting the damage/flaws. Their customer service team responded by email requesting my original photos and offering to reprint the photos. I was pleased by their quick response and their commitment to making it right. My reprinted photos arrived. Two were perfect. The other two had damage to them to include a chipped corner and white specs floating in the middle of the other. I’ve reached out to their customer service team again (by email - again, no phone number - extremely frustrating) reporting the damage with photos of the damaged photos and am awaiting a response. Overall, the app is great. However, I’m disappointed with the final product. Two tries at printing with damaged photos in both groups. Great app, but please work on your quality control. And please consider having a phone number for customers to call.
