Love this! I have several at home and I my office as well. Easy to use app makes ordering a breeze and the photo quality is great. I’ve contacted customer service once and they were incredibly helpful and responsive. Awesome service!

Coupon Codes

I’ve now missed out on two coupon codes because the app won’t take them. I’ve tried contacting customer support and they always get back too late too help. One code didn’t have an expiration date on it, so that was a total wash when they got back. Too late all they way around—didn’t work EVER and expired. The second one with a date on it could have been used if I had only been answered correctly the first time. Read the subject line-I put the code in it. I buy a lot of Squares. You’re losing business.

I ordered a lot from your company last year. they were gifts and all who received them were pleased. I was upset to not received the email this year about the $7/per square until after the sale was over.

Upgrade Equipment?

There are so many pics that this app won’t accept due to “poor quality” and I’ve have tiles made using other apps and they look great! Maybe you need to look at upgrading your equipment - or I could just use the other apps for all my tiles. The pricing is comparable.
