Photobucket, RIP and good riddance

The app no longer opens for a free account. Photos and videos are gone. After more than 15 years, most as a prime payer, I've found that this has sunk into the cesspool of greed and nothingness. I've lost things that were important to me but am now happy to be rid of what had already developed in much less than other options.
App crashes every time.

The updated app crashes every time I try to open the Backup feature. Update: the latest update STILL crashes when selecting backup option. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!

Every time I open the app it crashes so I can’t even try the app out. This has been going on for a long time now. Multiple updates from the app and my iPhone still has not fixed it.

I’ve been using photo bucket for maaaaany years ... but I’m new to the app. Had the app for about a year. I just updated it and now I’ve noticed I can’t make a new folder to organize my photos. I’m really big in organization so if I can’t organize them correctly I refuse to upload. Hopefully they fix the problem. ? Also there’s an imaginary button on the top left hand corner that you can press to back out off he screen once you’ve enlarged a photo by simply clicking on it. It took me quite awhile to figure out how to go back to the previous screen ...

developers made some changes - now it says “upgrading your media” whatever that means , for 30 seconds every time you start up. cut the BS make the app faster and easier to use.

See above. Easily the worst place to store your photos. Zero, and I mean zero- customer service. Do not waste your money or time, even with the free version.

i've had 2 photobucket accts since i was in middle school and it was the best thing ever because i have kept so many pictures and memories. I used to love just knowing that they're safely stored and now i can't even watch a video or picture without a stupid Ad popping up within 3 seconds! smh very disappointed.
Anyone there?

Does anyone at photobucket even read these reviews? This app is complete trash. Can’t even open it up. Keeps crashing. Put down the blunt and fix this already. Sad
