Lost photos and videos

I recently downloaded this app and I have used it a good bit to hide some personal stuff I don’t want publicly on my phone I have kids and would hate for them to be scrolling across my phone and finding something But as I proceeded with this app I bought the premium version After that decision I managed to break my phone luckily I had a back up file saved But unfortunately when I got my new phone and tried to recover my back up it doesn’t work not on WiFi or one cellular data It just says “loading 0 out of 338” Can’t upload and more content either I paid for this premium to mess up my app? And I lost so much stuff too I’m very unhappy
Getting my files back

My media files were removed without notice 5 months ago. Last month I opened the app to find a download bar. I started the download but it stalled on download nine. I tapped the Media icon to see if any files actually downloaded. Now it shows 41 files synced but 0 bytes saved. Can I get my files back please.
No access code

I’ve been trying to get an access code to my account and it’s not sending to my email at all. I’m receiving other emails but I’m not receiving the access code. This post will remain two stars until I get that code.

Try this app, and it will only allow a couple handfuls of photos before it starts prompting you to subscribe. Now I have to extract photos and delete app just to start all over again with something better ?

I moved a lot of media to the app but when I go into it the app closes and I only have it there now.
Sign in issues

Have not had app long. Trying to sign on with my email. But, when it says request code it never sends code. I’ve deleted app , reinstalled app to no avail.
