Don’t waste your time

I don’t usually write reviews but I uploaded photos & videos to the app on the free version and after I followed the APPS advice to delete from my camera roll and then delete from the “Recently Deleted” folder on my phone, I lost all the media I thought was safe and protected. Maybe the paid version works great, but it’s ridiculous that they offer a “free” version that essentially just deletes your files. Don’t waste your time if you’re looking for a free App.

I was interested in trying out this application. So I subscribed for $2.49 (50% off) a month to see how I like it. I was charged the FULL annual fee $29.99 up front. Deleted and unsubscribe from this app for misleading tactics. I want my money back.

Just Two Problems

12 grams of protein

I really love the app, but I’ve noticed just two problems so far. First of all, when you go to enter the passcode for your account, the first button you press will sometime not register, causing you to get the passcode wrong and potentially lock yourself out of the app. This is probably an easy fix. The second problem I have with the app is the amount of features that are locked behind a paywall. I mean, I understand that you need to make a profit, but it’s a little annoying when I can’t upload more than 5 or 6 images without paying a subscription fee. How about you raise the limitation to 20, or maybe even 25? Other than that, great app. (Edit: after writing this review, I discovered that uploading images is now a premium feature. Either that, or the picture of a cat I want to upload is too large of a file to fit in the app. It’s just a little stupid, considering that I got the app so I could have a cheap and easy way to hide my photos.)

Syncing problems

Syncing continually stuck at 99.74% and lots of my photos cannot be viewed - thumbnails for said pictures are the black .jpg icon. I’ve contacted support about it but no reply.

I can’t play videos

I uploaded a video then deleted the video from my camera roll and then the recently deleted and now I cant play the video on the app can someone help all I get is a black screen

It deleted all my photos

Incredible music down

I had a lot of pictures in my app and I have been using the app for years but now it says that I haven't imported any pictures , everything is deleted , all my pictures are lost without any reason. Those pictures where really important to me and it's sad that I lost everything when the app says that "it keeps everything safe".

Protects your pictures, for a time.

So when I downloaded this app and imported my pictures into it, it worked fine for a few weeks. However, lately when i attempt to view a pic or transfer them off my phone, they are not viewable AT ALL. This app essentially hijacked my pictures and I have yet to hear from their help desk to assist in this. If you ask me use another app to secure your pictures. I will edit this review once I regain control of my pictures.
