I did what the review says to type reset password so you can get in your vault but still I was not able to get in. So sad to lose a lot of memories just because you trusted an app. Due to updates I cannot see my pictures anymore.

Liked this app at first, but now I can’t even transfer my pics & videos back on to my phone or send them to friends. This app hasn’t been updated in 6 months. Not even worth the 1 star rating.

Like all of you, I downloaded this app years ago. With an update, my password stopped working and now I can’t access my own photos. I’ve written to the developer on twitter as directed multiple times with no response. His bio claims he’s “so powerful” ... more like “so lame” ... why don’t you fix your app, guy?? Or are you just sitting in a room with all of our pics?

So I downloaded the upgraded version of the app, and I have noticed that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t, is just the nature of this app now lately. When opening it with the password or fingerprint it open to the folder area, but as soon as you click on a folder it crashes and turns off, going back to where I stated. It’s so frustrating as what is the point if you cant even see your pictures. (Sarcastically “its that safe, that even you can even see it”)

I don’t remember my password and don’t have an option to ask for help or change password. Do I have any options to getting into this app again. Please help. Thanks

To those who are still stuck and no luck with “reset password” ... try “1234” without quotes. I was locked out after the upgrade and have been crazily trying “reset password”. But today just thought about trying something random like “0000”, “1111” and then i triend “1234” and BOOM .. the password was accepted. I was very frustrated but Luckily i didn’t delete the app and tried different combinations. Good luck all with your lost data. (y)

I like this app and find it user friendly. However, when I first got it it simply looked like a calculator. Now, under the calculator picture it actually says Photo Vault, which completely defeats the purpose of having a hidden app. My kids discovered this pretty quickly I’ve written into customer service to have this changed but so far no luck
