Never received my order!

I ordered 4 8x12 photos on December 19th as of today January 5th I still haven’t received my order. I’ve sent several messages and haven’t received any help.

I’ve tried so many other apps, walgreens, shutterfly, etc. and none of them would print a large order for me except for walmart!! Will always order through walmart from now on!

I guess I printed too many pictures. I had to keep starting over. It took over an hour to get it done. Printing at the store was a better experience
Terrible Unusable Print Quality

The app was buggy and difficult to use. Once I was able to upload and order the photos, they came back blurry, terrible looking and completely unusable. When I contacted customer service, they took forever to respond and eventually just blamed my photos instead of trying to do anything to make it right. The photos were professional quality and came out beautifully when I reordered from another company. Will NEVER use this company again again.

I finally decided to start scrap booking my child’s life and this is the best app ever to print pics. Super easy! Highly recommend.

Online it cost 9¢ to print photos so why are they charging 25¢ for prints on this app?

I get "your order is already underway" message each day for 11 days and WalMart has no evidence of an order. I deleted and reloaded the app and tried to place a new order. This resulted in the same message and same "no evidence" of an order at my WalMart to which order was unequivocally sent twice.
