False message – Photo Prints+ Review

I get "your order is already underway" message each day for 11 days and WalMart has no evidence of an order. I deleted and reloaded the app and tried to place a new order. This resulted in the same message and same "no evidence" of an order at my WalMart to which order was unequivocally sent twice.
